Redesigned a screen flow that helps your users achieve the main defined job-to-be-done.
SISTIC is Singapore’s largest ticketing agency and one of the country’s leading e-commerce players, selling over 6 million tickets annually.
The lack of mobile optimisation on the user interface is causing significant difficulties for users to navigate the application, resulting in a poor user experience.
Excessive options lead to decision fatigue, overwhelming users and hindering their choices. This increases cognitive load and prolongs decision-making. It also causes frustration, making users likely to abandon the app.
Insufficient mobile optimization results in a cramped stadium map on the small screen of mobile devices, leading to challenges in making selections.
The app's shopping cart has a poor hierarchy, which may cause users to overlook important information. This can lead to confusion and impede informed decision-making.
The wireframe exploration phase revolves around prioritizing key features: event exploration, seat selection, and an efficient purchase checkout. It aims to create intuitive pathways for users to easily discover events, choose seats, and complete purchases seamlessly. The focus lies in crafting a clear, user-friendly interface to enhance the overall experience.
